ROTARY DRILLING RIGS

Rotary Drilling Rigs are manufactured in house with Technical Collaboration with SALZGLITTER of GERMANY.  We are developing our process of manufacturing continuously and have demonstrated the same in executing various International orders in time under Stringent Quality norms.  These Drilling Rigs are capable of drilling to a depths of 1000 meters and the maximum diameter of the Bore hole is 24".  The drilling is done in steps and depending upon the formation of the Bore different types of Drill Bits are used for high performance of the equipment.  The Rigs are equipped with high powered MUD PUMPS, WATER INJECTION PUMPS, FOAM PUMPS to support the Drilling operations.  Rotary Drilling is preferred in Sandy soils, Mud soils, Clay soils and other strata where drilling with DTH is not easy.

DOWN THE HOLE (DTH) DRILLING RIGS

These Drilling Rigs are powered with Air Compressors and drilling is done with the help of Latest Hammers and BITS of various sizes to achieve required diameter of Borehole.  These Rigs are designed to a higher penetration rates even in Hard Rock.  The major advantages of these Rigs are speedy work and low operating and maintenance cost.

COMBINATION DRILLING RIGS ( ROTARY and DTH)

These Rigs are designed for combined applications where formation of the Borehole varies to Sandy to Rock and Hard soils.  Where only Rotary is not feasible hence DTH Drilling is also required.  This can be achieved with adding up an Air Compressor and Hammers and Bits to a Rotary Rig.  Lot of design work is involved in arriving at a Drilling Rig depending up on the area of drilling, type of drilling, diameter of drilling etc.
